With over 100 years of combined experience, and doing business under the name of Singleton Valuations, LLC (formerly Singleton & Lee), our team of state certified appraisers and support staff have been serving southern Arizona since 1991. We have provided commercial appraisal services to a variety of clients including individuals, partnerships, corporations, attorneys, accountants, banks, and credit unions.
